We would like to thank Michelle Cyr from AARP for presenting the latest updates on the Health Care Reform to us. Our members asked various questions and learned more about the Health Care Reform. She distributed very useful documents to all of us.


As you know our CPCU annual meeting will be held from Sept. 25 to 28 in Orlando, FL. We encourage all of you to attend the annual meeting for an opportunity for networking. In addition, you can ask your employers to sponsor some events, so that there will be visibility for your company. CPCU Society’s 2010 Leadership Summit is during April 28 – May 1, 2010 in Phoenix, AZ. It is one of the best leadership training sessions. We are so proud to send our Secretary Michele Schrotter, CPCU, CRM, CIC, AAI, CPIW to the leadership training. This year, the Society encourages CEOs to participate at the Leadership conference. Our Chapter is planning to have the CPCU class effective in June2010. It is an online course that anyone can utilize from home, work, or anywhere in the world. Please share this information with your co-workers and friends so that everyone can benefit from this opportunity.
