We will be joined by Tim Fletcher (VP – Emerging Issues – Gen Re), Harold A. Weston (Clinical Associate Professor and Secondary Appointment in the College of Law, Risk Management, and Insurance, Georgia State University), and James R. Jones (Executive Director, Center for Risk Management, Insurance, and Financial Services, Illinois State University.)  They will be bringing us up to speed on the impact technology is having on the world of auto insurance.  Our discussion will address the liability shift from car owners to car manufacturers and our legal system lag in creating related laws & regulations.  The ethics around underwriting these exposures will be also be explored.
